If you have sensitivities to cow's milk, sheep's milk might be a suitable alternative. Like all types of milk, sheep's milk contains casein, a dairy protein. However, it's important to note that sheep's milk contains significantly less A1 beta-casein, which is known to be the more inflammatory form of casein found in milk. Instead, it features higher levels of A2 beta-casein, which is generally easier to digest.
